Four steps from request to closing

Every step is recorded in one deal room, so both sides see who needs to do what.

  1. Discover and request

Filter by sector, stage, country and check size, then request an IR review or IR access.

  2. Mutual NDA and deal room

Once both sides e-sign, IR materials open and a private deal room is created.

  3. Zoom meetings and AI notes

Propose times in each party’s time zone and create the Zoom meeting. Get summaries, tasks and stage updates after each call.

  4. Diligence, term sheet, closing

Request and share diligence files, send and accept term sheets, and confirm funding in the same room.

Frequently asked questions

Who can join?
Startups preparing to raise, and investors such as VCs, CVCs, angels, accelerators, PE firms and family offices. Every account is approved by our team before member names and details become visible.
When are IR materials shared?
Only after both parties e-sign the mutual NDA. Before that, only the company overview, sector, round and target raise are shown.
How do meetings with overseas investors work?
Proposed times are converted to the other party’s time zone. When a time is confirmed, a Zoom meeting is created and both sides are notified.

Summaries, concerns, agreements and tasks are organized and the deal stage updates automatically. Follow-up meetings, diligence and term sheets continue in the same room.
Does QK Partners broker investments?
The platform supports introductions and deal management. QK Partners does not broker or advise on investments; each party is responsible for its own investment decisions and contracts.
What happens after the early bird period?
